Anyone know this Doll? Kinda Creepy

Update: Finally got around to removing wig and plaster dome. Too dark now to take photos. It appears to be a repaired and repainted head. I will take photos in the morning.

Hey there @BoudiccaJones!!! So nice to see you. It's been too long dear dolly friend.

That is exactly what I expected for dolly's head. I also think that there have been repairs to the tips of her fingers on the right hand. Notice the index finger and thumb are shorter than they should be. It also doesn't have the "shiny" finish that the rest of the limbs have. This wouldn't have been a high dollar doll even if it were in perfect shape and it's really expensive to have restorations done, so my guess is that this was someone's beloved childhood doll that they sent to the dolly hospital.

 

Ya, glad this is the one in the lot with the major problems. Not sure what to do with it now. Donate, sell for parts, salvage the eyes.

 

I'd still list it. Even with the finger repairs the body is in good shape and it's always great to find one with the original sticker.
