What are the marks on these silverplate shakers?

I find the elaborate fonts used on silver and silverplate difficult to read. I can't tell if this is W&S, W&G, M&S, M&G, or both.

I managed to find cocktail shakers and a master salt in the same pattern. It appears to be EG Webster & Son.
