Featured art glass paperweight mark

Hi folks

something else i found at the boot yesterday for a squid

seems a nice quality, has an odd embossed mark at the base

about 3 inches

any thoughts or info appreciated

 

not sure what the mark is supposed to be of ?, they look like upside down saucepans

 

Mark might be glass orbs still attached to the puntys?

would have thought an easy one to id, but finding nothing similar with that mark

 

Spent 10 minutes banging my head. I'm sure one of the glassies will know it immediately when they turn up. It's such a distinctive mark... Looks Italian to me with that gold fleck

Turned on its side the mark resembles a lowercase 'e'.

 

with two magnifying glasses..!

 

or a steampunk pac-man or turtle

no worries cx, thanks for taking a look. seems like no one has

not worth selling untill i find out i reckon

 

The weight itself has echoes of Isle of Wight and also Richard Golding. I’m still thinking.
