Advice Needed - Harrods Antler Knife and Fork Set

Hello,

I have this wonderful Harrods antler knife and fork set. I am looking for some advice on how to restore/make good some chips that are on the ends of the knives and forks. I have attached a couple of pictures, it looks like it has some sort of laquer over the antler, which has chipped away. Not every item is like this, there are just a few, but I would like to try and treat them to prevent them worsening.

Any advice is appreciated.
