Thoughts on herd of horses painting/artist?

    Happy Mothers Day everyone!

    I found this painting last week at a local thrift store. I thought it was old & the paper had fixing, but looking closer it almost looks like the canvas is some type of fabric?

    I can't make out the name at all - the last part of it looks like a long line.
    Does anyone know who the artist is?
    Any thoughts on the painting itself?

    PS - also photo of the back (Debora)!

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    As you mentioned,I would also like to understand what this is. Is it painted on something like a type of board or canvas something pasted on it?

    The only Napier I know anything about was a costume jewelry company.
