Who's got good eyes? Earrings siggie

I can read it says Made in USA, but the top word eludes me, other than the copyright symbol. It isn't any of the usual suspects.

 

Tried to tweak it, but I am no @Aquitaine .

Thanks me dear. I think the first four letters look something like pisa! Might be an ll towards the end.

 

I've got good eyes ... but I failed this eye test ...
First letter looks like an M (or a W), followed bij an a/e/c
A photo from a different angle (of just the logo, to get the focus on that part) could be useful

 

I’ll have a go. It’s very small and very flooded with gilding. Arg.

 

Maybe the contrast will improve if it is lit from one side?
