Featured Flowery moon flask

    I picked this up today. Not seen anything like it before really. It has a mark on the base so I thought it would be easy enough to ID. I'm struggling though. It says hand made in English so quite possibly a tourist piece. The mark seems to be in an odd script. It looks like the greek alphabet perhaps with the Pi symbols. Either that or maybe Cyrillic. I am mainly getting Google hits for Hungarian or Transylvanian flasks. Sadly both of these would use a Latin alphabet. Romania used Cyrillic up until mid 19th century but I can't see it being that old. So my head is tied in knots. Any help appreciated.
