    Hey y'all,

I picked up this pitcher at Round Top Antique Fair in Texas and was wondering if any of you would recognize the signature or if you think it might be a hobby kind of piece. I found a husband and wife who make similar pieces but don't match the signature. I really like the painting. Thanks for checking it out!

Hobbyist Id guess. Always show the bottom even if its blank.

Agree that it looks like an amateur hobbyist painted piece.
I see the siggie as DK or PK Connor.

Even if hobbyist it’s pretty great looking. Quaint but good at the same time. Eye pleasing for sure. I think it will sell even if a random hobbyist made it, if that’s your intention.

Yes I do intend to sell it. I just check when I get pieces with signatures to see if they are known. :) I think its pretty great.

    Agree, hobbyist.

It's nicely done. I like how the artist took the greenery up the handle as well.

Umm, maybe, but not necessarily. I, for one, have seen just about all the PNW seascape and orca art I want to. ;)

Haha here in South Texas where I get my fill of flat land and humidity, it looks like a cool, peaceful retreat.

We do get some people from Texas (I look at licence plates during the tourist season), many all year round from Washington, lots from Oregon and California, too, but fewer from California than previously. I'm always amazed when I see a plate from Florida because that's some road trip!
