HELP IS THIS A GEO, FOSSIL, OR CARVED SCULPTURE? ART?

Just purchased at thrift store.
I thought it was a geo but IN CLOSER inspection, it has faces, a goat. A circular image with two LETTERS s and a.
On reverse strangely enough ot looks like a face with a SIGNATURE.
Has anybody seen something like this or knows the ARTIST?

 

Similar to a geode, it looks like what we call a 'thunder egg' here in the Pacific Northwest.

 

We call it a 'thunder egg' too, so it is probably the 'official' term for these rocks.

The face is just a quirk of nature imo.

Back in the day, I know I definitely heard Satanic messages when I played Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven backwards!!

 

I once played a satanic message backwards, and I heard Justin Bieber!

 

What about the 4th picture of goat head with letters on top.
Also what are the black lines on back.
If the geo was cut , it was cut with diamond blade AND MARKS should be circular not straight nor black.

 

The lines may be a result of how the crystal formed, not evidence of a sawcut, similar to this -

And once it's cut open, it's polished to a clear sheen so the interior is visible. There are places around here where you can go and dig your own, have them cut open and then polished. I've seen the whole process. The end result is what you have.

 

Richardson's Rock Ranch thunder egg, from central Oregon.
