Featured Newer Southwest or NA necklace. Any help with maker's stamp?

Anyone recognize this maker's mark on this vintage (or newer) necklace? Thanks!

It is a beauty. I have to go now, but if someone hasn't found the mark when I check back tomorrow, I will look in my books.

I know zero about the origin of this. Was an estate purchase. Finding that maker might answer a lot.

It's not a Native design, but the materials and the mark look right. So...no idea.

Wondering if it might be India or Pakistan, or somewhere in the Middle East, rather than SW Native American...

 

Matches mine every time I listen to USA political party loyalists of any stripe.

The mark is script and spells out "sterling". I've never seen that anywhere but a USAian NA mark post-WWII. Maybe a Zuni smith made what he or she thought was a good tourist piece.

Really nice. Skimmed my older Hougart’s and didn’t find it but maybe AJ will. I’d buy it as 90s forward Navajo.

 

I'd leave it for someone else.....

 

No personal interest in it but meant that I think it’s legit and NA. I don’t collect newer NA but at the right price I think it’s salable.

Ditto. It is a very attractive and wearable piece, attribution or not.

 

I’ve seen a fair few NA pieces with that script Sterling mark.
