Plastic necklace?

    I picked up this necklace because I like the shape/color of the tube beads and want to repurpose. It feels like plastic - but not super-light and makes a satisfying "clicky" noise if you tap it together. Is there a way to know what kind of plastic?

    Interestingly, the tube beads are dark inside but the central squares are a creamy translucent?

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
