    They look to be Pewter.

I can't see the mark properly but Ind Coope was known as Ind Coope Co Ltd and Ind Coope & Co Ltd
I would say anywhere between 1923 and 1959.

In 1856, the company opened their brewery at Burton-upon-Trent: see Ind Coope (Burton). Registered in November 1886 as Ind Coope & Co. Ltd.

In receivership January 1909 and was re-registered 1912 as Ind Coope & Co.(1912) Ltd. Name reverted to Ind Coope & Co. Ltd. in 1923. Merged with Allsopp & Sons Ltd in 1934 and became Ind Coope & Allsopp Ltd

Why, if 'tis dancing you would be,
    There's brisker pipes than poetry.
Say, for what were hop-yards meant,
Or why was Burton built on Trent?
Oh many a peer of England brews
    Livelier liquor than the Muse,
And malt does more than Milton can
To justify God's ways to man.

Agree with Davey, 20th century made but in much earlier style.
