Featured For Cat Lovers, Mary F Sargent. Is this an etching?

I found this cute print at my local thrift for a couple dollars and thought it was just too cute to leave there.
It is printed on what i think is plain greeting card stock. The paper is 4 1/2" x 6 1/4"
There is nothing written on the inside, and it is attached to this fabric backing.
I have only found three others of her work that were sold in a lot and went for $250.00, I think.
Some obits show up in searching, but I am not sure it is the same person?
Any help appreciated.
