Featured japanese teapot and imari dish

    a couple of pieces i found at a charity shop yesterday teapot £4, dish £2

    teapot looks japanese but not sure of age

    the dish i think chinese, late 18th ?

    any thoughts or info appreciated

    Teapot odd, looks early post war but can't place it. Dish is Japanese early 20th century.

    Lens pulled up an Antiquers thread-> on a similar teapot. Did you see this one, buddy?

    ahh thanks mate, no havent seen that, if sis says japanese sharkskin thats good enough for me

    sounds better than corn on the cob :woot:
