    @nology , I found a pair much like yours, also with two different pins, one with pearl dangles on chains.
    The site won't let me copy or download the photo, but it is a bit down this page, the second set of pins after the first portrait:

    It says these pins were worn on lace caps, shawls or kerchiefs.

    (I am actually scouring this French site for one of my own pieces, which I haven't found yet.)

    Had a second Jeweler look at the piece. They confirmed it was 18k gold said it had a value of around $125 but couldn't tell me anything about the stones. On to the next to get the stones identified.

    $125? Did they mean melt value?
    As vintage/antique jewelry, I would have thought you could get more than that, if selling. But WDIK!
