Featured Raku? Help ID signature on charger

    I found this pottery charger which looks like raku pottery? Is that what this is? Also wondering if anyone might recognize the signature? Thank you for any info! Measures 13 1/2 inches wide. Thank you for any info.

    you can usually tell its raku because the unglazed areas go black in the kiln
