Featured CFH Haviland plates

    Just found these hand painted plates. There is a mark on the back 'CFH' in green which I think is Haviland, Limoges 1867/68. They are all hand painted though each design is slightly different. They are about 20cm in diameter. Would these have been originally painted by CFH or is it more likely to be a retro decoration job by amateurs? Either way, they are quite attractive.

    Yeah. They remind me of satsuma with that gold outline.

    You can see these on a different blank on the replacements site, and also on the same blank without the gold. Just search Haviland birds nests.

    Thank you. There was a £10 label under the £5 one so they must have been there for a while. Surprised no one snapped them up
