The space before the Y seems to differ from the space between the other letters: 'Lady Bethe Y'?

Based on further research, she later married Mr Marty McFly

 

Not sure how relevant to your painting that this information might be, On the frame of the second painting in pencil it reads that Jennifer Jane Parker is the daughter of the Hon T Tempest Parker [T =Trevor].and she was born in 1932.Trevor Tempest Parker was in turn son of Robert John Parker,Baron of Waddinton,a noted judge, 1857- 1918.who died in Haslemere ,Surrey. This might account for the 1857-1918 date given with the second painting,and also ties in with Debora,and the Surrey removal company

 

That might explain the Honorable and Mr. Wife Constance Barkley. Died at Aldworth House, Lurgashall, Surrey.
