These are tournament scores for a 5 man team event. You have the name of the team, city they are from and their score. Which, I'm sure, includes handicap.
The name of our bowling association is GAUSBC: Greater Asheboro United States Bowling Congress. The USBC is a recent change within the last 6 or 7 years. It used to be GABA.
Whether or not they used Greater back in the day, I can't say for certain. The S.F. can be San Francisco, Santa Fe, or any other town with those initials large enough to support a bowling association.
It's rather odd that the only reference to this team that can be found is from Chicago. I would try googling the team members and see what town they show up in.

 

We have bowling here in town. It's New England candlepin, but it's still bowling
