This little plate is 4 1/2" diameter. appears to be hand painted and is signed on the front. I haven't been able to read the signature.
The F Gabrielli sticker dates it to at least the 1950's, maybe earlier?
The plate looks to be handmade, and the glaze has long crazing areas.
    Any help appreciated.

The Via Condotti is an expensive shopping street, it is where all the designer stores are.

Much later I'd think. Here's a 1975 photograph of the Via Condotti. Number 22 is at the far left. Doesn't appear to be a souvenir shop named F. Gabrielli.

That's what I thought at first. Robert or Robar, Rober?

I read that too. A designer signed plate lol.

I can't give a specific date on your plate but the earliest reference I found under Google Books for Ferruccio Gabrielli, 22 via Condotti, seller of tiles, Della Robbia, and china, was 1908. The latest reference was 1967.
I couldn't find any maker for your plate.

Well, it wouldn't have been cheap when it was first sold.
