Please Help Identify this Cross

    Cross1.jpg Cross2.jpg cross3.jpg It stands 12" tall and 6" across and it has some weight to it. It seems to be bronze

    That's a rather generic cross. Doubtful you'll be able to learn more about it. And it does appear to be missing a central element.

    Maybe a reliquary, sans relic?

    I enlarged the cross to see if there was anything we couldn't see in the center ring- apparently not!!

    I think there was something in that circle at some point; it looks like the remains of old glue, or the mark from same. Piece of ceramic with a dove, Chi Rho or similar maybe? No idea whodunnit or where.
