My favorite: the break dancer

 

I love these, they are very cool!!!

 

Went on a house call for glass and jewelry. The glass not for me but I found some jools

Left to right from top to bottom:
- Pink and blue costume kite pin, 14k snake ring with emerald eyes, 10k garnet ring
- 10k lavalier (rubies, pearl and diamond) on a 14k chain
- Chunky 14k ring with peridot, topaz and a center diamond, 18k ring with tanzanite and small diamonds
- 14k hinged bangle with 3 diamonds, 14k turquoise ring with rubies and diamonds
- 14k charm bracelet, 14k delicate ring with 3 small diamonds.



And which is my favorite? The snake ring!!!!!

 

WHOO! Nice job! My eyes went straight to the bangle and the lavalier, but I'm an old Art Nouveau addict. My prejudices are showing.

I LOVE the danger noodle! Lots to love in general in this haul...the bracelet, lavalier, and garnet ring are favorites as well.

I'm always interested in charm bracelets because they tell a personal story. (The Little Mermaid and a sombrero?)

Looking more closely, that turquoise ring is rather fabulous, too. Diamonds and rubies!

 

That is interesting, isn't it? Must be bespoke because such an unusual combination.

As much as I really love snake jewelry, I think the turquoise is my favorite too! SO striking. I would wear it in a heartbeat.

 

That’s exactly why I buy charm bracelets. They’re someone’s life story. I’ve one with a flying doctor airplane and Concorde charms included.

 

More of a re-find than a find. Friends of ours were over yesterday afternoon and C. and I had a look through of lots of brooches I bought years ago on ebay -- just about the last business I did on the site. I shoulda taken some photos...

The former owner came from Oklahoma, so maybe that’s why the sombrero and the 2 cowboy hats. I guess, at some point they visited Denmark?

Im loving the snake ring ! A few finds from today's extraordinary luck (the Russian spoon being the best) .This heavy copper tray is enameled as well,cant make out the name .It strikes me very 60s.
