Featured nouveau style? hand mirror

picked this up yesterday because it was cheap, but thinking it might not be as old as it wants to be. but unsure

would it be modernish or oldish

its quite a solid metal heavy thing, but something about it seems repro

any info appreciated

 

Yes it does. It is like those faux nouveau picture frames you saw in the 70s or 80s. This is probably the same period.

I'm with you folks.Nouveau was probably the most reproduced antique style from the 60's to the 80's,everyone was literally flipping out at how groovy the 1890's looked man !
PS-Same thing happened w/ Arts & Crafts 30 odd years ago.

Ditto Charlie,I love it ! It was filmed about 3-4 hours North of here.If you ever get a chance Roslyn,Washington (N. Exposure shooting location) and Snoqualmie,WA (Twin Peaks) are abt a 35 minute drive from each other.

gonna have to watch the series again now, any excuse

was wondering why it wasnt available to stream anywhere, but as mentioned in the clips theres a hell of a lot of music in it, which would be costly i guess, shame, people are missing out

i hated the fact joel wasnt in the final season, think it was a money thing which is sad

brilliant cast though to keep the show going

gonna have to dig out the dvds

 

there was supposed to be a come back recently but guess it never materialized

Sounds like he was a bit of an ass when younger (who aint ?).He's been thru the college of hard knocks since then & has run the TV gauntlet for quite a few years now,so I'd think he'd hopefully mellowed by now.Always liked his screen persona.
