    Hello again,
Below are also few items I purchased from the same antique store mentioned in my earlier posts.
They are all different and wonderful.
I wonder if anyone recognise the makers mark and can tell me few more details about them.
    Thank you.
    Kind regards,
    Simona

@Any Jewelry this one is for you

This one is for you, I did not buy it as it was too expensive. The seller told me it’s carved wood in 14 carat gold. What would you make of it?

I have one more, David star with garnets, will have to upload in the next post.
    Thank you.

Love it! Thank you for the tag.:)
The carved wood is a nut, imo. Heidao work is Chinese carving on nuts and kernels. If you google heidao you will find more like it.
Love the way it is mounted, very fitting.

Thank you. It was lovely carved, very small, but very detailed. I did think it was a nut, but did not want to disagree with the seller
His price was very high for this ring, any reason for it?

Also, what is your take on the turquoise and coral brooch (maybe), it has a claw, which I did not see in brooches. It is also very dirty and I have to clean it.
How old is it and does it have a specific name ? Is it a brooch?lol

Heidao isn't cheap. Nuts are very hard material, and as you said, the carving is very detailed.
It is a dress clip, which is why it has that serrated clip part. Women used to wear dress clips in the 20s and 30s, which is the period for this beauty.
It is Chinese Export Silver, which pertains to export pieces of a specific period. Chinese Export Silver is collectible, so you did well.:)

A good friend of kyra reporting.:playful:
It is Czech, set with Bohemian garnets. Not very old, but very pretty.

I don't recognize the mark, but it looks like dragon claw jewelry popular in the 1990's

My late partner (may he rest in peace till I get there!) would have LOVED that dragon claw .

Yep, another vote for eagle/dragon claw from 1990s. I had one. They sold them in Spencer's, Clare's, and any mall shop that carried agate obelisk shaped pendants and pewter wizard figures.

I've had some pieces with backs very similar to this and the same type of mounting. They had UK hallmarks for the 1970's

@Any Jewelry I wonder what is your take on the amber pendant, is it Art Nouveau? Or is it a reproduction?
Also, does the makers initials bring any bells? The bail is very interesting, I wonder if there was a period in time when this type of bail was used.
    Thank you.
    Kind regards,
    Simona

It looks like a fairly recent Polish piece to me. Polish jewellery makers have embraced the Art Nouveau style in such a way that it has become a tradition, and Poland is a Baltic amber country. Their jewellery is often very beautiful and individually made.

I don't know of any lists of recent Polish silver marks.
