Reliquary

A few years ago, I bought this theca with coa. I managed to translate most parts of the handwritten text, but I'm not sure what's written after 'Theca'. It looks like 'arga', but the translation I find for this, doesn't match the context. Well, if I use Google Translate, it doesn`t translate to anything when used as a single word, but when used in combination with 'in forme ovali', it suddenly seems to translate to 'box (in oval form)'. But GT often adds words or leaves them out, so I don't know if this translation can be trusted. Anyone here with a good knowledge of Latin?

if there is another letter at end of arga I think it is a t. argat translates to "he gathers" from Latin.

 

I now found a site with a coa text mentioning 'repositas in theca argenta'.
This could mean that 'arga' is the abbreviation of 'argenta'. That would be great, as this would mean it's silver

 

Cool-I'm wondering which saints relics this might hold ? Not sure the value would be in the silver weight.

What is written on the strips of paper in the case? Lets see a close-up of that.

 

Silver oval box, I think. I'd love to know what the papers inside the box say too.

 

Those would be the saints names and possibly what the relic consists of.
I cropped and tweaked the photo, but it doesn't really help.
