Lapel pin initials please identify the organization?

    Was my fathers and he lived in Massachusetts all his life. Any idea what organization the pin is from? Cannot find any markings. Thanks. Trying to label things for my kids.

    Will try tomorrow in better light. Looks like large MC then a smaller D over those letters and a small S below.
