This plate measures 11 inches in diameter.it has square shape patterns to the rim and full of bubbles and looks hand made.

Am wondering might the plate be considered art deco in design or is it indeed much younger?

    Thank you for educating me once again. JPEG_20240125_180619_resize_60.jpg JPEG_20240125_180821_resize_68.jpg JPEG_20240125_181133_resize_37.jpg JPEG_20240125_180850_resize_35.jpg JPEG_20240125_180924_resize_6.jpg

Certainly not Art Deco. Not my area of knowledge but that green cast is typical of recent-ish recycled glass items from Valencia, Spain.

Recycled Mexican glass looks like that too.
