Trouble with ID

I'm surprised to see the very pointy shape from the top when the picture of the underside has no such shape. Can you explain that?

My other question is what letters are inside the flag? TR something?

I'm still confused by the difference between the front and back of the item.

 

I think the underside pic is of the bottom to the foot only-- not to the edges.

 

@Bakersgma, my thought was that it's just the small 'foot' underneath that the dish sits on????? And if I'd scrolled down just a wee bit further, I'd have seen that @Potteryplease said the same before me!!!!

 

I suppose that is possible, but it would have been nice if the person who posted this item answered the question.
