    Hello everyone!

I'm fairly new to collecting porcelain and can't for the life of me identify the mark or find a similar teapot/coffeepot online. Its very dramatic and seems well-made, but the illegible mark makes me wonder if its fake?

This one from Google Lens is very similar and says
Heinrich Baensch Lettin eagle 1858 - 1930 mark.

There are similar German marks, but I can't find this specifically.

    It's a coffee pot, not a teapot.

It looks new to me but...?

Great design! It is moving towards the linear German Jugendstil.
Linear Jugendstil is highly underrated imo. It is a very German Art Nouveau, which already had designs we associate with Art Deco.

(Linear is my term btw, to differentiate from the floral and whiplash Art Nouveau)

When I think of Jugendstil, I always think of geometric design.

I got it at a large estate liquidation in San Rafael, CA tucked in the back. No info came with it.

Thank you so much for this! I'd had a sneaking suspicion it might be earlier and the eagle definitely seemed German.

I also have the sugar for it, but it's unmarked. They are both in Wonderful condition with the exception of a small chip to base of the coffee pot.
