Help? Unable to identify its age, where from, etc...?

Hi,

I recently purchased this wooden mantle mirror and was told it was more than likely victorian. However, i've been unable to find anything similar and would love if anyone could let me know anything they might know about it? Would love to confirm if its victorian or not and potentially where it was made?

Material (Looks like at least some of the decoration is gesso or plaster)? Size? Painted? Can we see the back?

 

Gutta percha? How big is it?

 

Is the glass beveled?

I suspect yours is a moulding from 19th century architectural feature "oeil de boeuf" originally in zinc or sometimes stone:
