2 Tools Within a Storage Tube; What For?

    This might be a pipe-stem cleaning accessory...tho' I was a pipe smoker for a few years an' never saw one. The cap sez Made in Hong Kong. A confirmation, or substantive rejection, of that supposition will be most welcome. Thanks for lookin'!

    I'd say that's a great guess.....

    but...it could serve as an awl and threader for Naugahyde buttons..
