Romanesque Key? Door, or Strong Box, or??

    What was the use for this an' others similar? Somehow it seems to warrant a rather large tumbler mechanism, so probably not a cabinet key.
    I am not well versed in locks, keys an' such...what can y'all tell me? Thanks for lookin'!
