I picked up this necklace for $5 in a thrift shop. The only marks are on one link, I did my best with pics. Are they sterling marks? Thanks.

Here is a link to Egyptian marks from 1906 to the present. https://www.925-1000.com/foreign_marks2.html

I don't see anything is your picture that matches. I know it is really hard to get a focused picture from a link.

Mark shown does not look Egyptian. If Egyptian, I would expect a mark on every panel, quite possibly on the fronts rather than backs. Older Egyptian silver jewellery made for tourists is almost always 800 fineness, sometimes 900. Items such as small boxes may be marked as 600.

Other than the motif, I see no evidence that either of the other 2 is actually Egyptian made.

    Lovely and elegant necklace, Marko.

That one also has at least one tiny mark on the back, maybe the other panels are marked too. It is not a standard Egyptian mark, but it could have Arabic script. Could you check yours?

If you ignore the smaller dot on the left, the circle followed by 2 dots looks like 500 in eastern Arabic numerals.

It could be an Arabic 500, but the seller says .925. The colour also looks like .925.

Doubt it's meant to be a fineness mark. Third dot may figure in, maybe a maker's ID, maybe... Lowest fineness mark I have ever seen on Egyptian silver is 600. As far as I know Egypt uses 925/sterling these days.
