Is this watercolor painting original or a print?

Good morning! I need help with this painting by Hermann Edouard Wagner that was framed in the 1940's, I took it out of the frame for the first time today, it measure 11 x 14 inches. There is a mark in the lower left corner on the front, is that a copyright mark? It looks original as the paper looks right and so does the signature, but if that is some kind of copyright mark then I know its not. Any help is appreciated.

Because of this, I would suspect it's a print. Let's wait to see what others think.

I think it is most likely a print. The grids visible in the image areas indicates a photomechanical process rather than watercolor.
