What does C.T. 18750 mean on the back of a watch.?

I don't know what the code means, but I have an intact watch much like it.
It has a nice curved glass (the same curve as the case) and Art Deco style numerals. If I remember correctly the numerals are 3, 6, 9 and 12 only, the rest are stripes or bars.
The only difference with yours is that mine has loops at the ends, so it closes.

oh, it sure looks like it was tested for metal content....and found wanting..
