Tea set handwritten mark need help to identify

    The geisha in the bottom make this a tad better than the zillion other egg shell china sets we see. Everybody on the planet had sets like this. I think the face in the bottom is called lithophane .

    Yes, lithophane. Hold it up to a light and you will see the geisha in more detail. This Japanese eggshell porcelain with or without lithophanes was popular in the 1920s/30s.
