How would this dress be best described as far as keywords and whatnot go? Guessing it’s 70’s? Maybe 60’s?

1970s. Missing the belt which might have been as simple as a narrow sash tie. What's the fabric? Any labels or tags? How does one get into it? Zip? Keywords for resale? Or just fyi?

I do have the belt. No tags/labels. I’m unsure of the fabric. I believe you’d just unbutton it and climb in. Yeh I’d like a description so I can sell it eventually.

Or slip it over your head, which usually works better because most women have wider hips.;)

Agree. I don't think "just unbutton it and climb in" is the instructions the sales clerk would give in the ladies' dressing room. So, to get your started, here are a few key words: sleeveless, slit neckline darted bodice with round plastic buttons decorated with diamantés and button loop closures, accordion pleated mini skirt with lettuce hem, no zipper, unlined. (Not including belt as no photograph available.) Color appears to be champagne. Given era, fabric is likely to be polyester. It wasn't an expensive thing in its time. I'd call it a cocktail dress. And no pride of ownership here. Others, please step in to improve/correct as needed.

Thanks ladies. I can count on one hand the number of dresses I’ve sold. Picked this up for mere pennies during the clean out phase of a sale. I thought it had a vintage enough look that someone would like it today.
