Hi Kyratango I really don't know if this message will find you but I have 2 pieces with the same flaming pot but both are stamped 830 silver...hum I don't know what to think...I'm not quite sure how this site works as I'm a new member...but I've taken some good pictures of the marking....

    Hi! Welcome on board:)
    I never encountered a marked 830 piece with the "urn" maker's mark:woot:
You can upload your image and embed the pic in a reply by clicking "upload a file" box under the reply post, then choose "Post as full image".

If there is no photo of makers mark how do you think anyone could identify it?

I think, the seller attributed this necklace to Parisian diamond company by the name of company on the box. Anyway, I asked for makers matk.

As for me, I see jewelry box with name if PDC for the first time.

That is always tricky, because boxes are often used for other jewellery.
Very good, that is the only way to know.

Exactly! It would be so nice if the Instagram poster could show more of it!

Ok, later I opened my eyes and look closely on the box. Is says Parisian Diamonds and is't definitely doesn't say The Parisian Diamond Company
And there is the video of this necklace and it has no visible mark

It could be an interesting found but it is not.

I’m glad I found this thread as I’ve seen this mark on a few pieces of jewellery over the years and it’s nice to have an answer. I believe I have had a pair of earrings with their famous ‘orient’ blown glass pearls, as I found the exact design in an advertisement.

Recently I acquired a silver, paste and pearl bracelet which is the best quality late Victorian bracelet I’ve ever had that isn’t in gold and wanted to know who made it before I sell it- the bifurcated form is so smart, usually I see it on high carat pieces with lots of diamonds.

Thought images would be appreciated as this is a nice little archive of surviving pieces!

    Thank you! :)

Whenever I see/find a piece from now on I’ll try and post a photo- I’ve seen quite a few of those little monkeys sitting on the bar.

I remember you guys talking about Parisian Diamond Company items, but can honestly say I don't think I've ever seen one. They didn't export here, so we don't have pieces unless they came in someone's jewelry box.

    @Clem112

Nice pieces! It is the first time when I see a bracelet with their mark!
Do the earrings have any marks?
