Katherine smith drawing with pen in mouth

I found this out in my garage. It came from my dad’s things. It’s a pen and ink drawing signed simply Kay. On the back it says drawing by Katherine Smith with pen in mouth My searches have come up empty, thought I’d run it by here to see if anyone can find out anything.I doubt it’s anything worth keeping, but I was just curious.

 

unless you can do that with your mouth as well, I say it was pretty special!
