I'm afraid your photos are much too small.
And BTW, you don't have to use the polling feature when posting in this forum.
Also, you've posted in the "Art" section, when your inquiry is more fitting in the "Pottery, Glass, and Porcelain" section. Perhaps one of our moderators can move it... @Bookahtoo @daveydempsey
And a suggestion... put something in your title that indicates what the object actually is, so you get more looks by the most knowledgeable people in that subject area. :)

It does look like JR -- we seem to have double posts for this plate! But, there is a slim possibility that it's just R. The decoration is similar to Meissen and other factories in that are of Europe that decorated with sparce florals (compared to some British floral decoration) and a few insects. The "story" (and I have no reference for this!) is that the insects were used to cover up flaws from the firing. It is also possible that JR is the decorator rather than the factory. The colour palette suggests a later date than Veuve Perrin, but it's difficult to say whether late 19th or sometime in the 20th.

Est-que vous habitez a France? I'm afraid I know very little about French pottery and porcelain and I've no further ideas. Is it possible that there is or was a pottery factory in the general area where you live? Sometimes items don't travel too far from where they are made. Bonne journee!

These are from the book Marques et Signatures de la Faïence Française by Curtil. I don't know that they are much help.
