    Joan of Arc's Coat of Arms?

    looks French otherwise

    Can you take photos without flash? The shine is making it difficult to see details, especially on the back.
    From what I can see, the roll-over clasp and hinge look fairly modern. I'm wondering if it's a "fantasy" piece, just costume jewelry meant to evoke a certain look.
    Hopefully others will soon be here to give their (more knowledgeable) opinions!

    That's what it appears to be. With the Cross of Lorraine replacing the sword.

    Yep. I call them "mock heraldic". Not sure if there's a formal name. Not meant to fool anyone, just to look pretty.
