Featured Privat Livemont and Jean Cocteau prints - are these real?

I found these at a local thrift store today and was able to find the artist by a image search because they are both so distinctive!
I've never heard of either but the sales of these was surprising!

The Privat Livemont 'The Wave' - a vintage poster (a/p) sold for $14,000! It measured 27" x 21" - which is close to what mine measures inside edge of frame to inside edge (28" x 21"). But there are also a lot of newer copies - some asking what size you'd like to order!
How can I tell how old - or if old - it is?

And with the Jean Cocteau (photo taken outside, sorry for any glare), the signature looks like a print but there is a hand numbered edition size (93/150) - has anyone seen a limited edition of this?

Thank you for any help - and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

I'm going to guess that the Wave (La Vague) is a reproduction. First of all: that's most likely. Secondly: assuming it's not just an artifact of your photo, and assuming that Wikipedia is showing a true original, there's a shadowing to the lines of yours that is not present in the original.

That's it! I'm going to go back & see if it's a limited edition and if mine measures the same or close - thank you!

I don’t know about being vintage or recent reproductions or anything useful. But both those are very cool finds. I would have definitely kept both. The ‘The Wave” poster is just great.

Usually the tell on something from near 1900 versus a mechanical or digital repo is taking out your loupe and checking for half tone dots. If you don't see does, it's a good sign, but I'd do more research.

I just noticed the Jean Cocteau is not only numbered in pencil but also signed/initialed on the opposite corner next to his monogram(?)/logo and below what looks like a note to someone (or the title to the artwork?).

Yay no dots! That means it's not a inexpensive, recent product. Editions can be made after the originals in higher quality methods, but they usually retain some value higher than a digital copy, at least.
