    The sheet with the image is ~11" X ~18"; the page itself is ~13" X ~20 1/2".
The maps from the volume were sold individually years ago (they were all loose) by my lady, who had inherited them (with many others) from her father. For my assistance in photographing an' cataloging them at that time, she gifted this page to me.
At one time I had a good familiarity with their age, but in the service of housekeeping of digital images an' documents, all that is lost...all I have in my head now is that Schenck was a cartographer of some renown.
There are actually 3 pieces of paper here; the 11X18 image, which is layered an' adhered to the 13X~21" page, to which the tab of binding paper the larger sheet is glued, cut from the original binding. Pics of the back an' other details will be posted immediately following this one.

Based on the prices realized for the sold maps, I don't think there is any great value in this, save for a very few collectors...an' even then, as it seems to have suffered some unknown degree of fading, probably not much. But sharing it here will perhaps delight some of you, an' your comments may provide bits of information that will prove valuable in my attempt to recall what I knew about it years ago. Thanks for lookin'!

Did you see the hand colored version on Abe Books?

This one is more like yours, but much better condition and more vibrant colors. It sold, but the price is not listed.

The figure in the chariot drawn by lions who is wearing a 'turreted' or 'mural' crown is Cybele, a mother goddess figure. There's a whole story how she also became a protectoress of cities under the name Tyche, hence the crown that looks like a city wall. Here she is engaged more as Urania, muse of astronomy & by extension geometry.

Triumph of Cybele A Pajou (Earth).jpg

Since Poseidon is on the scene, he can be seen as responsible for the mapping of oceans, while the land is left to Cybele/Tyche/Urania.

The seated woman who is writing suggests Clio, muse of history, recording events. The angel up top, with several trumpets, in other settings is the allegory of fame, which the publisher no doubt hoped would be the fate of his maps. I see Atlas in the background.

Good Heavens! Of course it's still for sale...but that's a stunning asking price for a single 320 year old sheet of the engraver's art. If that was hand colored (an' it seems somehow overdone, garish almost) what is mine?
I'm a bit blown away by this...and I thank you most sincerely, sabre!

I think that the fact there is no sale price may mean the lot was passed.

Sure possible but I hadn't considered that, Bronwen.
