Can someone identify this Nichols & Stone chair?

I came across this Nichols & Stone chair and I'd like to get a little more information about it, but I am having a hard time deciphering the label underneath the chair. I've tried google, reverse photo search and have yielded no results. The only information I've seem to obtain is, that is seems to be a Windsor Chair "WC" and possibly made in 2006.

If anyone has any information on this chair it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

 

Is that perhaps more of a Sheraton style than a Windsor ?
Any opinions @verybrad ?

 

Chair is a stylized version of an Adam style shield-back. I think you are correct on the dating. Wonder if the 611WC is a model number.

 

Asking prices on some Nichols & Stone chairs seems fairly high.

 

I also tried reaching out to Stickley Furniture for any possible information or maybe redirect me in the right direction. They responded with: We are sorry to say that this isn't an item from Nichols and Stone that we brought into our line.

Stickley didn't acquire the Nichols & Stone name until 2008.
It seems your dining chair design was short-lived, which will unfortunately make it difficult to find more, if that was the purpose of your inquiry.
On the other hand, it would make a pretty desk chair!
