Actually it came with a card saying the monogram is HHP for Harriet Hall Packard. A quick Google search turned up her info plus her grave site. She passed away in 1850.

I realize that it came with a card saying that, but I do not see a P in the monogram. Just pointing it out rather than saying some else owned it.

I went back for half-price day at the jewelry sale. The most I spent for one item was $7.50, the 925 CZ tennis bracelet you will see. Sterling was $2.50-$5. Costume was $1 to $2. Christmas was $1-$3.

The cardinal is GF Lenox. The 925 huggie earrings next to it are diamonds, marked MK. Amethyst clusters 925 next, and next, 14k aquamarine leverbacks, $1. Ring is sterling and citrine (some of the sterling and 14k was sold as costume.)
Bottom bracelet has genuine semi-precious stones, GP.

Above, plate of mostly costume. There are two 24" sterling chains on top, bottom purple pendant 925, I bought the earrings Frday (both sold as costume.)
Charm bracelet on left is GF, charms are costume, $3.

More costume. Items to the left off of the plate are sterling.

Plate of sterling, items from $1 to $4. All earrings $2.50. I got there when they opened the doors, as did two dealers who were there early Friday, I am sure, because they were looking for certain things that were there Friday. One I thought was a volunteer because she "helped" set up the Christmas jewelry because she wanted first crack at the vintage. No problem, I already have three shoe boxes of that, so I snagged the 14k earrings and sterling. Bwahaha. I have some non-jewelry items to post, including my favorite thing I have found in ages. Later!

The goldtone earrings with blue stones -- assume they're clip-ons -- appear to be a knock-off of a BEN AMUN 1980s design.

Since I have the lazies, I photograped my favorite find, a ceramic frog. I have a shelf in my curio that is mostly froggy things. I am posting on the glass board to see if anyone recognizes the bottom mark.

Various recent finds from U.K. jumbles and Charity shops.
The bangle is RG £1, Swarovski Crystal necklace £1.40, lucite lily of the valley brooch 50 pence. The large brooches are unmarked but I think probably silver @ £1.40 each. Can’t remember where the Spanish bracelet came from.
The watercolour paintings are by South African artist Maurice Fearns, £1 each. More remounting to do. The drawn thread linen tablecloth is really lovely, and was only 20 pence. Want to get more info about it so will be asking on Forum.

I can't tell if I love the bangle or vintage linens more....as for the large silver broochrs, a lot were costume, some silverplated.

I’m out of silver acid for testing the brooches, the one on the right looks wax cast to me looking at the back but I’m not sure.
I’ve got a couple more of the bangles so prefer the linen, looks like a wedding one with the cupids and heart.

looking at the first pic, there looks like a Y symbol near the top of the crook on the front. I do love the unique design- maker's mark on the front?

Yes as you say I can see it, just checked can’t see it at all and re photoed it. Just part of the pattern but definitely did look like a font letter.

Yes, more so than the other one. Both came from the same Charity shop found a week apart.

Gotta love a good charity shop! I hit two today, feeling half past dead or not. (MS plus weather plus side effects = hit by truck) Scored four sterling bracelets and a sterling chain necklace plus a 14k cross. Including the costume bits and some mess-with-me beads, I'm out $10.

All scrap grade stuff - nothing pretty enough to photograph, but I'm not complaining. Today I went to the Ill Will and ReStore and found ill will in the ReStore. The lady who runs the knicknack section thinks I'm a waste of oxygen.

omgoodness... I don't know why, some people treat me like dirt. I was browsing in an antique mall I get to now and then, and this guy working there greeted everyone but me telling them about the sales. Then I am in line, and they are removing item tags to check me out and he walks a woman right up to have her check out in front of me. The women checking me out even told him I was next. I don't let it get to me because good, I see it as underestimating me. We have the last laugh, Ev.
