Maybe MCM? Austrian Steak Knife; Maker's Mark Help, Please

    ~7 1/4" overall, 3" x 3/4" blade, ~2.1 oz, solid stainless thruout.
    There's 4 of 'em, apparently unused an' never sharpened.

    Who made them? Thanks for lookin'!

    Aren't steak knives serrated? Or not necessarily? In shape it looks more like a fruit knife, which would not need to be so sharp.

    Not...Serration is a modern approach to 'forever' sharp. I'm not a fan, as a Sharp blade will cut smoothly & cleanly without tearing.
    If serrations were such a great idea, they would be found in surgical edges...scalpels. That's my not-so-humble opinion, an' I'm stickin' with it!
