Signed modernist mystery drawings Help :)

Hi folks!
I was clearing out my storage unit and found a few mystery artworks that my relative purchased two decades ago and gave to me. When she bought them, she was told that it might be somebody well known, but I never was able to ID the artist, so they remained in storage for 20 years. I was wondering if somebody here can help me to identify these. There is a pair of drawings of what seems to be ink on paper by one artist.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

 

Would you be kind enough to post photographs of each work including frame from both the front and back?
