Featured What does this signed Miracle pendant symbolize?

I don't usually have a problem with the Celtic/Irish/Scottish jewelry from Miracle but this one has left me stumped and I have no clue how to describe it. The heads at the top are puzzling. Are they warriors? Vikings? I have searched medieval, Anglo Saxon but haven't turned up anything similar. The pendant is 2" in diameter and has three amethyst color glass balls, vines with leaves and two heads. If any one has an idea what it might represent, I would much appreciate it.

Here's similar described as Rennie Macintosh inspired (and I think that's fair):

LOL, they sure didn't leave anything out! They certainly didn't know any more than I do.

It’s Glasgow school and I think based on a female designer whose name escapes me.

Thanks @Ownedbybear . Perhaps the designer name is the one moreotherstuff suggested.

This piece is not even close to (Charles) Rennie Mackintosh designs unfortunately but he sure did design some beautiful pieces. I have had many Miracle Jewelry pieces and they have all had identifiable symbolism (thistles etc). This one is just so different with the heads.

    Thanks @moreotherstuff and @Ownedbybear.

Could be Margaret MacDonald, MacKintosh's wife. Or inspired by her work.

It has three MacKintosh roses. Margaret MacDonald also used those in her work.

Thanks @Any Jewelry. I did not recognize the MacKintosh roses but now that you pointed that out, I do see them. Margaret MacDonald may be the one Ownbybear was referring to. I will check out her work.

You have all been very helpful. Many thanks!

    Yup, Glasgow roses.

    I was thinking Jessie Newbery.

I know nothing about Miracle jewelry but my first impression was an Art Nouveau woman vibe:

Update: Thanks to all of you wonderful and brilliant people, I have (I think) nailed down what the pendant represents:
Three MacKintosh roses (thank you Any and Owned)
and two Art Nouveau women's profiles from the panels designed by Mary McDonald.
Thanks for weighing in Bluumz, your impressions were spot on.

Sorry, I mistyped. I meant Margaret McDonald. The picture is from my search on Margaret McDonald and I did see the images on your link during my search. Thank you for correcting me Any. I will be sure to use the correct name.
