It doesn't hurt, but the eardrum feels like it's out of place, if that makes any sense.

"Eustachian block" is what the doctor called it when it happened to me. Felt like someone pushing a knitting needle into my brain.

Ear issues are the worst. I ruptured both ear drums flying internationally.

We call it glue ear here. I've had it on and off all my life. ENT chap said my Eustachian tubes were immature. (!)

That is exactly how I described it. It hurt afterwards. I would not have known when it happened, had my seat mate not asked me do you know your ears are bleeding.

Found an aqua McCoy swan vase to go with my peach one. Unfortunately, there is a small crack, but I turned that side to the back. :)

Found these sensational Iris Paris Mother of Pearl Binoculars for under $25. Grabbed them up, I did.

I hardly ever meet a box I don't like. No exception here. Both are good size at around 12" long.

I have mostly quit buying these mid-century gift-type boxes but the large size, deep pressed design, maple wood, and deco details make this an exception. The $3.00 thrift store price didn't hurt in making the decision.

This Middle Eastern inlaid box is pretty new. The large size, dome top, intact inlay, nice interior, and working lock with key made this one a buy. $7.00 at the thrift.

I don't usualy buy silverplate but these chambersticks seemed a no-brainer at $4.00. The cage-like candle holders at the top will remove for a more conventional form. I will post these on the silver formum for ID.
