    Hi folks

something i found in a charity shop yesterday (£3)
thought it was gonna be easy to find artist, K Harrington ? 2/20 Nairobi 1968
    but have found nothing

a part of the title is missing from a tear
any idea what kind of print it is ?
not massively fond of it, just thought it would be an easy sale
    any thoughts or info appreciated

In looking up Kenyan artists the name Kamal Shah (b.1953) Nairobi artist came up.,And in his biography it reads "In Nairobi school he took up art as a subject.Keith Harrington an English artist, was his teacher for six years" Given that 1968 is the date on your picture, this Keith Harrington may most likely be your artist.Unfortunately not able to find much more information or artwork by him

Mentioned in Google books. 1961 and 1984. Must have been an expat of long-standing.

Given its size, I don't think it's a serigraph. The other options are probably either a stencil print, or a woodblock/linoblock print. Not sufficiently familiar with those techniques to make a guess.

I think it's a lithograph. There's some techniques in there, particularly the mottled red in the lower left, that would be difficult to do in other media, and the shapes aren't what you'd expect in a typical linocut, too rounded.
